To book consultations, provide treatment and coordinate your care with your GP and other providers.
To process payments, rebates and insurance claims.
To reply to enquiries submitted through our contact form.

We only share health information with people involved in your care, with your consent, or where the law requires it. Service providers who help us run our clinics and website (for example IT, billing and hosting providers) are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Records are stored securely in Australia using access controls, encryption and audit logs. Medical records are kept for the period required by law and then securely destroyed.
